Quality Systems Manager

Quality Systems ManagerDevelop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with industry standards of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.Administer electronic QMS platforms, overseeing user management, document control, and system configuration.Maintain Quality Manuals, Site Master Files, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Plan and execute internal and external audit programs to assess compliance with regulatory expectations and customer requirements.Host external regulatory inspections and customer audits, addressing and resolving non-conformances.Ensure proper documentation and adherence to quality policies across all departments.Facilitate root cause analysis and manage the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process to identify process and system failures.Leverage quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, scrap levels, audit findings) to monitor systemic risks and drive continuous improvement.Oversee quality assurance personnel, inspection reports, produce quality alerts, and communicate with production management.Preferences:5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on quality systemsASQ Certified Quality Manager, ISO Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black BeltProficiency with eQMS software (QT9), root cause analysis tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), and data analytics.
