Role Description We are seeking a full-time Substation Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of substation construction projects. This on-site position is located in Oakland, CA. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, coordinating logistics, and engaging with vendors and stakeholders. The Substation Project Manager will also oversee on-site inspections, expedite project development, and ensure efficient operations through effective communication and leadership. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, and team coordinationProficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure efficient project progress and timely procurementExperience with Expeditor and Inspection processes for quality assurance and complianceExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)Certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent (preferred)Prior experience in substation projects or utilities sector is desirable
