We're seeking a highly energetic and positive Team Member to join our dynamic team at Toastique. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for creating delicious smoothies, toasts, and bowls, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.Responsibilities:• Take orders on the POS and double-check customer orders to ensure accuracy• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation• Answer the store's phone and direct inquiries to shift leads or managers• Clean smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables, and bathrooms• Restock disposable ware, cups, and merchandiser items as needed• Take direction from shift leads or managers to ensure all prep is done correctly• Assist with Back of House duties as needed, including dishes, sweeping, and mopping• Work collaboratively as a team to achieve highest customer satisfactionRequirements:• Energetic and positive attitude• Hard working• Team player• Coachable and accountableDesired:• Food prep and service experience• Food Safe Handler certificateWhat We Offer:Join a dynamic team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to serving the best gourmet toast, juice, and coffee in Colorado Springs.
