This reputable Architecture and Design Firm is looking for a Designer to mentor, coach, develop and promote for long-term success.Architectural Design Experience:Bachelor's in Architecture required, Master's Degree in Architecture preferred3-10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projectsArchitectural license requiredArchitectural Designer Requirements:Proficiency in Revit is required.Experience in Higher Education, Commercial, Municipal, Medical, Religious preferredEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentProactive written and verbal communication skillsKnowledgeable to support both, management and design- ability to integrate design requirements w/ architectureArchitectural Design Responsibilities:The Architectural Designer will be responsible for high-end designDefine project requirements and develop design criteriaScheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projectsLeadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externallyArchitectural Designer Compensation:Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus)To be considered, please review the requirements of this position carefully and apply with a resume.
