The ideal candidate will have an instinct to anticipate guest’s needs to envision a seamless trip from start to finish to produce optimum results. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and thoughtful person to bring personal service to every interaction.ResponsibilitiesConsistently demonstrate company values with clients and teammatesBe engaged in team meetings and/or training sessions to build your knowledge-base and awareness of company products and initiativesEngage in conversation with our clients while navigating multiple systems and resourcesAccurately book and confirm domestic and international flight reservations Respond to clients’ questions and requests via email and phoneMonitor and reply to company instant messaging with remote airport handlers and interdepartmental communication Inform guests of flight delays via SMS system and phoneAssist and educate guests of passport and visa requirementsDiplomatically resolve travel-related issuesPursue resolutions to trip issuesOther duties as assignedRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS1 year of customer service experiencePossess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, listening), attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsTalent to de-escalate difficult situations in a calm, professional mannerSelf-motivated with the capability to work as part of a close teamIndependent problem solverStrong typing skillsProficient with internet navigation, instant messenger tools, Outlook and Microsoft OfficeCapacity to work with frequent changes in procedures, directions, and outcomesMust be flexible to adjust work schedule for seasonality and changes in demandAbility to work non-traditional hours to include evenings, holidays, and weekendsOpen to receive coaching feedback through regular meetings and apply learningsPHYSICAL DEMANDSProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift 15 lbs. at timesBenefitsCompetitive salaryMedical, Dental, Vision, FSA/DCA and 401(k) planPaid vacation and sick daysPaid Maternity/Paternity LeaveFun, dynamic team with opportunities for rapid advancementTravel benefits on various US and International airlines
