Technology Financing Support

About the roleThe Technology Finance (TF) Support role operates in an administrative and operational capacity within the Technology Finance team. The position supports the execution of operating leasing and rental transactions, including payment schedules and refinancing activities. In this role, you will ensure billing accuracy, coordinate closely with customers and funding partners, and contribute to the successful delivery of financing solutions that strengthen customer relationships and drive business performance. The role also serves as a key point of contact for Sales for installment-based payment models and leasing contracts.What you'll be doingSales Order Processing / New Business (60%)Prepare and issue accounts receivable invoices, pro forma invoices, and credit/debit notesPrepare and validate customer and leasing provider dataReview and reconcile customer rental documentation with leasing provider contractsCreate domestic and international invoicesReview accounts payable invoices and reconcile with leasing providersSupport resolution of open receivables with Accounts Receivable and CollectionsPrepare operating lease contracts and assets for refinancingPrepare and review contract appendicesCreate, amend, and cancel contracts including AR/AP validationMaintain filing and archiving of contracts in SAP, databases, and spreadsheetsPost-Sales / End-of-Term Management (20%)Manage assets and end-of-term activities including returns and logistics coordinationPrepare calculations and quotations for buyouts, extensions, and insurance claimsPerform AR/AP invoice reviews and reconciliation with leasing providersProvide reactive customer supportPrepare SAP reports and analysesCalculate and initiate monthly accruals and perform margin reviewsReview logistics provider invoicesOther Responsibilities (20%)Act as an interface between Sales, Customers, Leasing Providers, Finance, and CollectionsMaintain active relationships with leasing partnersOwn operational leasing and payment schedule processesSupport continuous process improvement with SAP, Finance, and SalesParticipate in relevant IT and software projectsPartner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.What you haveBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum three years of experience in IT financing or related fieldStrong commercial, financial, and mathematical skillsBasic accounting knowledge and strong cost awarenessExperience with SAP and a solid understanding of leasing operations.High attention to detail and strong numeracy, including proficiency in Excel.Legally eligible to work in the United StatesGood knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS TeamsExcellent attention to detailStrategic thinking and tactical execution skillsGood knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and productsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken languageGood self-organization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneouslyCan build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasmResilience, and able to deal with stressful situationsBusiness and financial acumen with strong analytical skillsDemonstrate an understanding of product supply chainsCommercially astuteTeam-oriented working and thinkingWhat you can expectThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
