Overview
Join a collaborative and supportive Behavioral Health team within Providence Medical Group, serving the community for over 25 years, as a full-time Psychiatrist in Olympia, Washington. The Behavioral Health Program includes an 18-bed inpatient psychiatry unit at PSPH, Psychiatric Emergency Services in ED, outpatient medication management, psychiatric consultations, Providence Community Care Center and mental health professionals supporting ED patients with mental illness and substance use disorders. Join a dedicated team of 7 providers and support staff with strong interdisciplinary collaboration with primary care and other specialties. Position Details
Outpatient scope of practice with collaborative care support
Shared call rotation (currently 1:6, moving to 1:7 with new hire)
Shared home call covering inpatient unit (no onsite requirement)
Flexible scheduling with 4, 10-hour shifts
Partial remote work option available
Employed position within a reputable regional network of over 100 behavioral health caregivers
Mixture of in-person and telehealth visits
Opportunities for teaching with medical students and residents
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is between $311,714 and $397,484 per year
