You own execution, cost, safety, and customer outcomes across every US site, every crew, every day. You lead the Denton-based Operations Management Center team as the US shift of one global OMC, you run the field organisation of 100+ technicians, you own the P&L cost line, and you are the operational face of the business to US utilities and IPPs.Scope today is broader than it will be in 18 months. You'll carry resource planning and scheduling in the interim — then hand those off to a dedicated Resource Manager as the org scales. You build the team that replaces the need for heroics.What you'll ownEnd-to-end US field performance across 100+ technicians and distributed crews at major wind farmsThe US operational cost budget — labor, travel, equipment, subcontracting — with real margin accountabilityHSE outcomes in a high-hazard, work-at-height environment (OSHA, state, client protocols)The Denton OMC team during US hours, operating inside the global OMC frameworkSenior operational relationships with tier-one utility and IPP customersThe US leadership bench — team leads, field supervisors, the future Resource ManagerWho you are8+ years in operations leadership in field services, industrial services, construction, or comparable distributed high-hazard environmentsHave carried a real cost budget and been held accountable for margin — not just reported against oneLed distributed field teams across multiple states or regions — 100+ headcount is familiar territoryCredible in front of utility executives without needing HQ air coverEntrepreneurial operator — builds structure while delivering results, doesn't wait for the org chart to catch upDirect, high-ownership, field-visible.
