Job Position: Customer ServiceLocation: Cypress, TX 77429Pay Rate: $16.00-$18/hrShift: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PMDescription:PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESHandle inbound and outbound phone calls and emailsCollect and accurately enter customer information into the databasePerform basic plumbing troubleshooting (training provided)Schedule and coordinate customer appointmentsSubmit city permit applicationsCoordinate city inspectionsProcess online jobsite locatesCommunicate effectively with field technicians and managementAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED3+ years of related customer service or administrative experienceStrong computer skills, including typing and 10-keyProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SheetsExcellent communication and active listening skillsPunctual, dependable, and organizedStrong attention to detailAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced service environmentBilingual is a plus, but not required
