This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize pricing models, improve margin performance, and support revenue growth while maintaining competitiveness.DIMENSIONS OF THE POSITIONPRICING ANALYSISAnalyze pricing structures and discounting practicesDevelop and maintain pricing models to assess revenue and margin impactMonitor price realization and variance vs budgetSupport pricing approvals and deal reviews with financial analysisPROFITABILITY AND MARGIN MANAGEMENTConduct customer, product, channel and segment profitability analyses.Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost driversTrack contribution margins and support margin improvement initiativesCROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONPartner with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategiesCollaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to understand cost driversProvide actionable insights and recommendations to managementREPORTING AND DATA MANAGEMENTDevelop dashboards and reports to track pricing and profitability KPIsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across pricing and financial systemsAutomate recurring analyses where possibleREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics or related field or equivalent practical working experience2-5+ years of experience in pricing, profitability, finance or analytical rolesStrong analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelCPQ and Power BI experience preferredThe expected salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 and will be eligible for incentive pay.
