This role owns the technical definition, manufacturing strategy, and commercial performance of E-House solutions, including integrated MCCs, switchgear, UPS, PDUs, transformers, and auxiliary systems.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES· Define E-House platform architecture, including layouts, structural standards, and integration zones· Develop standardized design templates to reduce engineering effort and enable scalable configurations· Own fabrication and assembly standards to ensure consistency and manufacturability· Drive Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA), incorporating production feedback for continuous improvement· Ensure products meet all applicable UL and regulatory compliance requirements· Partner with Program Management to align Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on execution· Support and contribute to execution of scope, cost, and schedule across programs· Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and support xevrcyc customer design and system integration discussions for major pursuitsQUALIFICATIONS· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field· 10+ years in power systems or modular manufacturing· Experience with E-House or integrated electrical systemsPREFERRED· General Contractor/Building Construction experience· Experience with MCCs, switchgear, and PDUs· Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)· Background in EPC project environments as a buyer or supplier· Familiarity with modular construction or skid-mounted electrical systems
