Urgent Care opening in Wisconsin - Located in Appleton, WI - Green Bay 30m - Full-time, permanent position - No Call - 12hr Shifts - 1:3 Weekends (2 Holidays per year) Clinic Hours: - 7am-7pm Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm Weekends & Holidays - Seeing patients of all ages (12 months & older) - Clinic is averaging 60+ patients per day - Team consists of: 2 Physicians, 10 APC's and support from RN's and MA's - Opportunity to have Medical Director duties (2 hours per week)- supervise APC's, attend leadership counsel meetings, be a part of hiring process and review and make recommendations for improvement of the teamOffer Details: - Sign on Bonus - CME - Retirement Plans 403b with a company match and 457b with a company contribution - Health/Dental/Vision - Short Term & Long Term Disability - Life Insurance - Malpractice, Paid Tail Coverage & WI Patient Compensation Fund - Licensing/Board Fees reimbursement - Legal Plan Option
