Join our dynamic team and lead strategic initiatives across Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Finance!Manager Finance Operations and PerformanceWhat You’ll DoResponsible for the management and direction of staff; evaluates performance of staff; makes hiring decisions and initiates disciplinary actions.Develops and implements dashboards and tracks key metrics to measure performance of teams, team members, and processes.Assesses standard operating procedures throughout PSS & Finance and determines effectiveness and efficiency. Recommends and implements positive, data-driven changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Maintains awareness of industry standards, trends, new technologies, and industry best practices, and participates in inter-hospital forums.Performs all duties inherent to managerial role. Participates in hiring, training, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to hospital policies and procedures.Performs other special projects and duties as assignedPreferred CriteriaGraduate DegreeKnowledge of Infor Lawson and Epic systemsRequired CriteriaBachelor’s DegreeAt least 4 years of related experienceExcellent knowledge of DMAIC frameworkAbility to assess and restructure current operationsUnderstanding of Smartsheet, SQL, Relational Databases, Data Integration, Power BI, DAXUnderstanding of financial analysis, controls, and key performance indicators (KPI’s)Project management, implementation, and coordination skillsOutstanding collaborative leadership and group management skillsJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
