Apply via Dice today!Director of Product, Payments and Financial InfrastructureDenver, CO | Hybrid (2 days onsite)Full-Time | $180k to $210k baseThe OpportunityWe are hiring a Director of Product to own Payments and Financial Infrastructure for a platform serving thousands of orthodontic practices and millions of patient payment plans each year.This is not a checkout or subscription billing role.You will lead product strategy for a highly complex payments ecosystem that spans recurring patient collections, practice disbursements, lender and financing partner integrations, and the infrastructure that makes those flows reliable at scale. This role plays a key part in identifying opportunities to use AI to predict payment outcomes, reduce failure, optimize collections, and improve decision-making across the payments stack. This is early stage enough that the right leader will shape the direction.What We Are Looking For7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years leading PMsOwnership of a product domain end-to-end in a SaaS environment at $20M+ ARR or comparable scaleStrong payments infrastructure experience including reconciliation, chargebacks, payment method optimization, vendor management, and margin strategyExperience improving recurring collections and reducing payment failureComfort operating in complex, multi-party payment flows beyond consumer checkoutProven ability to represent your domain with executives and cross-functional leadersPractical AI fluency and judgment about where it creates real valueIndustry background is flexible.
