Summer 2026 Internship Participate in a variety of projects and activities throughout the department. An opportunity for rotations through multiple disciplines and teams. Objectives: Increase knowledge and understanding of the health system and department operations, increase knowledge, skill and ability in field of study in a healthcare environment. Must currently be enrolled in a degree program related to internship field. Career-related activities encountered in the student's area of specialization, under supervision of the hiring manager. This position will provide mentoring and practical hands-on experience and assist the intern with achieving deliverables related to course of study. Minimum Qualifications: Required - Bachelors Currently Enrolled - Related Field Required - High School or Equivalent Facility: BayCare Health System, Talent Acquisition-BCHS Location: Office located in Clearwater, required to come in for meetings/trainings, primary work from home outside of this.
