Daily 6 hour pay guarantee!Responsible for the safe and reliable transportation of students; including all duties connected to operating a school bus per all applicable client district policies & state/federal lawsAbility to manage and maintain all students on the bus in a calm and safe mannerConduct all pre-trip and post-trip inspections as requiredReport to duty on time and maintain route on time and in a safe mannerPhysically assist passengers in evacuation of the vehicle in case of emergencyInform all appropriate personnel of problems/procedures/incidentsComplete all required paperwork (including route change sheets, timecards, vehicle repair requests)Keep the interior of the assigned vehicle clean and presentablePresent a neat and professional personal appearance at all timesMaintain a professional attitude with parents, students, other staff members, fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengersSafely and efficiently utilizes vehicle equipment, including wheelchair lifts, radios and emergency equipmentCompensation and benefits$25.00 per hour to start!Guaranteed 6 hours pay daily!Paid sick days/time offPaid holidaysHealth benefits - medical-BCBS, dental and visionPaid life insurance401k with company-matchRequirementsRESA certificationClass A or B commercial driver's license (CDL)Passenger & school bus endorsementsAge: minimum 23 years of ageAt least 1 year of school bus driving experience
