Description Professional - Clinical Req #: 69935 Summary: The role of Behavioral Health Counselor involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The incumbent will be under direct clinical supervision for services provided. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, social and behavioral sciences, or mental health and human services. License/Certifications: LSX, LSW, MHRT/C, or MHRT/CSP from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR) preferred.
