Executive AssistantAre you passionate about providing executive-level support and streamlining daily operations for senior leadership? As an Executive Assistant at Spectrum, you'll manage schedules, travel, expense reports, communications and special projects/team events for Vice Presidents and above while representing Spectrum in every interaction with business leaders and employees. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will directly empower our leaders and drive company success.How You'll Make an ImpactSchedule and maintain calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements.Manage and file all expense reports.Prepare supporting executives for travel, public events and speaking engagements by compiling relevant information and contributing content to composition of presentations, speeches or other correspondence.Manage supporting executives' correspondence, including e-mails, phone calls, letters and visitors; answer routine and some complex inquiries and obtain and furnish information on behalf of supporting executives; prioritizes supporting executives' incoming communications to ensure they are aware of key issues.Organize and prepare complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications.Act as the supporting executives' resource for word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheet application.Prepare and maintain confidential information and data.Perform comprehensive event planning and coordination function, including determining attendees, flow of information to attendees, equipment, staffing, catering, location, etc.Will oversee some administrative functions for the office.Will support multiple executives between the Vice President and Senior Vice President level.Working ConditionsOffice environmentAbility to work seated for prolonged periods of timeWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in business or equivalent experienceExperience3+ years of Executive Administration experienceSkillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritize and organize effectively, and show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job dutiesAbility to maintain confidentiality of informationAbility to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsSkillsKnowledge of cable television products and services and organization policies and practicesSolid expertise in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
