Hardware Project Manager (electronics/telecommunications)

I'm working with a driving force in the telecommunications industry serving the hard‑of‑hearing community, adding a long‑term contract Hardware Manufacturing Project Manager to their growing and highly knowledgeable team! Hourly Rate: Up to $65/hour Contract Duration: 12 months Location: 100% Remote (will not consider PST) Why We Love This Opportunity: Opportunity to make an extensive impact with a rapidly growing and mission driven organization (growing 20%+ YOY) Work in an established startup environment with the stability of funding from the FCC Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience leading end-to-end hardware product development and lifecycle Oversee all aspects of new product (NPI) hardware test management and on the existing product including project management, updating billing systems, managing standard milestones, validating prototypes against the specs, internal task management etc. Experience independently guiding the project through EVT/DVT and production readiness w/ manufacturing and supply chain Experience with devices that integrate hardware manufacturing with software release milestones Electronics consumer devices, telephony, VoIP, or telecommunications experience required Partner closely with EE, ME, FW, SW, and ID teams to manage design reviews and prototype builds Experience working in a stakeholder and executive facing position Proficiency within Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence or similar Experience using Baum build materials/tools - a big plus!
