Home Health Care Aide (MALE NEEDED)

Duties: - Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment. - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel. (CNAs) - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met. - Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Document client care activities and observations accurately and timely. - Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality. Experience: - Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred. - Knowledge of catheter care, memory care, and medication administration is a plus. - Familiarity with assisted living facilities and their systems is beneficial. - Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
