Its primary purpose is to streamline and automate the often laborious tasks that small business owners find burdensome. Comprising various standalone solutions, each app within BOS serves as a dedicated tool to enhance efficiency.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site or remote role for a Full-Stack Developer (Next.js & TypeScript) located in Matawan, NJ. The Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of the web application. Daily tasks include designing, coding, testing, and deploying software solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverable timelines is also a key part of this role.QualificationsExperience in Front-End Development, including proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Strong understanding of Back-End and Full-Stack Development, including building and consuming REST APIs.Experience working within Turborepo or similar monorepo architectures for scalable project management.Proficiency in modern Software Development practices, version control (Git), and deployment workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Familiarity with small business operations or startup environments is a plus.
