Verification and Validation Engineer
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). 9 + years hands on within Quality Assurance environment validating electromechanical products including the hardware, firmware and software for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control systems Must have Experience Creating DFMEA documentation & verification and validation (IOVV) test plans for performance, reliability, and safety Cpk and SPC data analysis Experience with maintaining test benches that simulate real-time operating conditions Execute test cases, analyze results, identify root causes, and support design debugging Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, international electrical safety standards, including IECEx and ATEX Hands-on verification and validation experience with electro-mechanical products Proficiency with CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks Experience working with overseas ODM/OEM partners Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills Responsibilities: Own quality assurance activities across all phases of product development for tools and instruments including the hardware, firmware, and software Ensure quality in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system designs Create and maintain QA engineering documentation, specifications, and analyses, including Cpk and SPC data Build, test, and evaluate physical prototypes to validate performance against requirements Verification & Validation
