Our organization is actively looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to deliver a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions in Media, PA. This position qualifies for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians who can commit to 30 or more hours of availability each week.About the PositionFounded by clinicians in 2008 and still led by them today, our mental health care company operates over 340 locations and employs a nationwide hybrid care model. As a clinician-led organization, we are dedicated to equipping our team with the necessary tools, community, and stability to foster a lasting career.Role OverviewWe are seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our extensive client base. You may be an ideal candidate for this role if you:Hold an independent license and reside in Pennsylvania—specifically, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).Are consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions, with 30 hours of availability each week.Possess a generalist background in behavioral health and are open to working with a diverse range of clients, including couples and children.Are committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.Are comfortable using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.Value teamwork—our aim is to cultivate a supportive clinical community.CompensationThe salary can reach up to $100,300, depending on your licensure type, session volume, and available bonus opportunities. This includes handling credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, along with paid orientation and training to help you get started.
