This is a long-term care setting where patients live on-site. You'll be working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, many of whom may also have behavioral health needs and chronic medical conditions. Care is more routine and relationship-based, focusing on medication administration, daily health monitoring, and providing consistent, compassionate support.
