Our work supports mission-critical federal programs where development velocity, deployment reliability, and operational discipline have to move together.We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to serve as the connective tissue between our Linux infrastructure and application development teams - building the tools, pipelines, and processes that let engineers ship better software, faster.What You'll Do in This Role
Serve as the primary interface between the Linux infrastructure team and application development teams
Build and maintain tools to manage and automate deployment activities
Enforce role separation between development and administration work
Maintain standard servers and services for application development teams
Support and administer CI/CD and monitoring tools including Jenkins, SonarQube, and Nagios
Manage COTS tools that support development workflows (e.g. JIRA)
Required QualificationsActive TS/SCI with Polygraph
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Strong Linux administration experience
Hands-on DevOps experience including building, deploying, and operating software
Broad understanding of DevOps tools and technologies
Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools (e.g. Chef, Nagios, Ansible, Salt)
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
Clear communication skills; comfortable working across development and infrastructure teams
Additional Strengths That Stand OutFamiliarity with continuous monitoring tools and practices
Development experience in Java, C, C++, or similar languages
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and/or SonarQube
