Talent Acquisition Coordinator I

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Apex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The position is located in Newport Beach, CA and requires onsite presence four days per week. The rate is $25-27 an hour for a duration of 6-9 months, with potential for extension. Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills: 1+ years of experience with complex scheduling Experience with Applicant Tracking systems Experience with Microsoft suite - outlook, excel, and MS teams Strong innovative and problem-solving mindset. This role will be responsible for: Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming interviews Coordinating travel Monitoring background checks and coordinating onboarding for new hires EEO Employer.
