Its brands represent craftsmanship, aesthetic quality and performance, shaping the daily rituals of coffee professionals and coffee lovers around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve territory revenue and profitability targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across distributors, dealers, roasters, hospitality groups and key accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, distribution partners and industry stakeholdersManage and grow existing accounts while expanding market penetration within the territoryConduct regular customer visits, business reviews and product presentationsNegotiate commercial agreements in line with company policies and pricing guidelinesMonitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and territory performance reportsCollaborate with marketing, service and customer care teams to ensure a superior customer experienceSupport product launches, commercial activations and strategic initiativesRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetingsSkills4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, territory management or business developmentExperience in coffee equipment, foodservice, hospitality, beverage or related industries preferredProven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunitiesStrong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skillsResults-driven, proactive and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentProficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applicationsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryCompensation Package Base Salary: USD 70,000 – 90,000 per yearPerformance Bonus: Based on achievement of individual and territory objectivesSales Commission Plan: Variable compensation linked to revenue growth and territory performance401(k) retirement plan with company contributionHealth insurance
