Position Overview We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer who can work across the stack and independently address issues in the backend, frontend, or database. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of gathering necessary information and triaging issues effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web and desktop applications using .NET technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack. Collaborate with team members and end users to design and implement new features. Read and understand documentation to learn new tools and technologies as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong grasp of object-oriented principles. Familiarity with .NET GUI technologies (e.g., Windows Forms, WPF, UWP, Avalonia). Familiarity with SQL Server and Transact-SQL. Proficiency in C#. Familiarity with Entity Framework (EF 5/6 and/or Core). Basic knowledge of HTML. Ability to investigate and resolve obscure problems. Self-motivated and able to learn independently. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of professional experience. Experience with Crystal Reports. Advanced proficiency with SQL Server and Transact-SQL. Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript.
