Lead Architect/Lead Senior Developer (.NET)
Responsibilities
Coordinate a team of developers and designers in a range of skill levels (Jr. – Sr.) and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Architect, design and build the engineering vision for different internal/external web applications.
Have excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to work on multiple projects with different codebases (legacy vs. modern).
Possess a high level of proficiency in coding architecture design and SOLID principles. Knowledge and ability to implement high level coding concepts.
Able to work with other technical and non-technical groups on various applications.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in software development (preferably Microsoft tech stack)
5+ years experience with relational databases
3+ years in a lead development role
2+ years preferred in banking/insurance job related field
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Experience with unit-test, continuous integration and test-driven development.
Devops experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
