About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Construction Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems in the field, and wants to grow into a leadership role within construction project management
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Execution
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and execution
Support construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Track project progress and help identify potential risks or delays
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, review, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Maintain accurate project records, logs, and reports
Assist with cost tracking, quantity takeoffs, and budget updates
Field & Site Support
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth field operations
Participate in site walks, inspections, and progress meetings
Help resolve field issues and support quality control efforts
Serve as a point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Participate in project meetings and manage agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups
Foster strong working relationships across teams to keep projects moving forward
What We’re Looking For
Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field and a minimum of two (2) years of job-related experience
Intermediate knowledge of software applications (MS Office/Procore/Bluebeam/Vista), and others
Basic understanding of construction industry terminology and documents with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Ability to develop, maintain, and enhance all project stakeholder relationships with the Company
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient, and reliable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with the ability to recognize how individual actions affect the team as a whole
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule
