As member of Digital Solutions team, play pivotal role in development, delivery, and strategic management of digital platforms and solutions for Macquarie Asset Management, including collaborating with global teams to advance MIF (Macquarie Insurance Facility) Link, which automates data collection, digitalized bordereaux process, and advanced data analytics, and drive continuous improvement through Agile practices. Responsibilities span product ownership, business analysis, supplier governance, financial management, and risk oversight.What You OfferBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems or related field (Information Technology Management or Blockchain Technology) plus 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of full lifecycle technology development and delivery experience within financial services or insurance servicesPrior experience must include 3 years managing Agile delivery processes, including coordinating requirements refinement and solution design3 years overseeing risk management and compliance for digital product delivery, including ensuring adherence to regulatory standards throughout development process3 years working with Bordereaux Management System.Salary range for this position: $176,000 - $220,000/Year. Within this salary range the base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
