Marketing Assistant Location: Hackensack, NJ Salary: $60k-70k Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals. Duties: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns Assist with product management tasks, such as pricing analysis and inventory management Support the execution of marketing automation initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) Assist with social media marketing efforts, including content creation and community management Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing marketing materials Skills: College Degree with a major/minor in Marketing, Communications, or English Proficient in all social media outlets, including but not limited to, X, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram Experience working at a professional services firm is preferred Proficiency in WordPress or other content management systems Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices Familiarity with product management concepts and techniques Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) Proficient in Google Analytics for tracking website performance Understanding of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for creating marketing materials Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including email campaigns and lead generation If you are a proactive individual with a passion for marketing, we would love to hear from you.
