This role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to building systems and equipment, thereby enhancing tenant satisfaction and preserving property value. The Maintenance professional will collaborate closely with property management teams to address maintenance requests efficiently and uphold compliance with safety regulations and building codes. By proactively identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions, this role helps minimize downtime and costly emergency repairs. Ultimately, the Maintenance role supports the overall operational excellence and reputation of the property management organization.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field within residential or commercial properties.Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or building maintenance.Experience working in property management or real estate maintenance.Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.Ability to operate maintenance management software or work order systems.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components to identify maintenance needs.Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as changing filters, pressure washing, and testing and cleaning pools.Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests, diagnose issues accurately, and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory of supplies and equipment.Collaborate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards.Skills:
