Project ManagerTechTrend is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead the project execution, schedules, and deliverables across all tasks.The Project Manager will oversee Agile/SAFe processes, reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery aligned with contract requirements. Our environment is highly collaborative and allows you the opportunity to continue building your skills through training and multiple diverse projects.Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the main liaison between TechTrend and federal stakeholders, and subcontractorsOversee and coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocationsMonitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, standards, and security requirements.Facilitate project meetings including stakeholder updates, and post-implementation reviews.Requirements & Education:Minimum of 7 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in the federal sector Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)Work Location: 4 days remote (one day out of Reston VA office)Travel Requirements: No travelJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:· Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance· Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance· PTO & All federal holidays off· 401(k) Plan (matching component included)· Free Gym Access at HeadquartersTechTrend, Inc. is a Small Business providing IT products and services to both the government and commercial markets.
