The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience and hold an active Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.Responsibilities Monitor patients on telemetry and respond to any changes in their condition. Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Active Ohio nursing license or valid compact state license in hand at time of submission.
