Want A Career And Not Just A Job?
Many IM hospitalist physicians are feeling overwhelmed. Over-worked. Ineffective. Under-appreciated. This is why First Docs created the destination workplace for internal medicine. We are seeking physicians who want to make a career shift away from the frustrations of hospital medicine to a practice setting where they can make a meaningful difference for their patients and their careers.
Our physician executive team is devoted to our physicians’ personal and professional growth, providing guidance, education, and professional mentorship along with creating opportunities for Medical Directorships. Our extensive operations and clinical support teams provide additional support, tools and resources (scribes, professional coders, integrated EHR, real time financial dashboards, SNF subject matter experts, etc) to help our physicians be more effective, more efficient, and more compliant in providing quality, direct patient care.
