Our extensive operations and clinical support teams provide additional support, tools and resources (scribes, professional coders, integrated EHR, real time financial dashboards, SNF subject matter experts, etc) to help our physicians be more effective, more efficient, and more compliant in providing quality, direct patient care. Full Time or Part Time Availability This position is ideal for a physician looking to transfer their acute hospitalist training and experience to the post-acute world, where they can gain greater independence, flexibility, financial security, and leadership opportunities. There is limited, or no call required, and the schedule can be flexible as long as there is a routine commitment for daytime rounding availability. Responsibilities Manage new admissions and continued medical care for predominantly geriatric population Proactively round on rehab and long term patients and complete necessary documentation/orders timely based on agreed upon facility/patient needs.
