We are unable to partner with any 3rd parties .Location: Hybrid in San Diego, CA Employment Type: Full-Time or ContractPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-wide Customer Communications Management (CCM) transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for driving the modernization of legacy communication platforms to a cloud-based SmartCOMM solution supporting print, email, and digital delivery channels.This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience leading large-scale transformation programs across complex enterprise environments and will be comfortable coordinating across business units, technology teams, and external vendors. This individual will play a key role in overseeing template migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and overall program execution while maintaining strong executive-level communication and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise CCM platform implementation, including SmartCOMM or similar solutionsDefine program scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metricsManage integrated schedules across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholdersOversee template migration, platform configuration, system integrations, testing, and deployment activitiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate internal delivery teams and external vendor partners to ensure successful executionProvide executive-level reporting, status updates, and governance supportEnsure alignment between the communication platform transformation and broader enterprise systems and business strategy Required Qualifications10+ years of program management experience leading enterprise-scale initiativesProven experience with platform modernization, transformation, or legacy-to-cloud migration programsExperience with CCM platforms preferred, including SmartCOMM, Exstream, Quadient, Thunderhead, or similar solutionsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive levelExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders Preferred BackgroundExperience in highly regulated or enterprise environments such as insurance, financial services, or large consulting organizationsPrior involvement in communications platform modernization or document generation transformation initiativesAbility to work across both business and technical teams to drive alignment and delivery
