This role focuses on analyzing customer and product usage data, delivering actionable insights, building dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, and data visualization tools and enjoy working closely with business users to transform complex data into meaningful insights.Key ResponsibilitiesQuery, analyze, and validate large datasets using SQL and Snowflake.Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.Gather business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into reporting and analytics solutions.Develop recurring reports, ad hoc analyses, and executive-level presentations.Identify data quality issues and proactively investigate discrepancies.Prepare technical documentation and communicate findings to business stakeholders.Support initiatives involving AI-enabled analytics, prompt engineering, and data preparation for AI-driven insights.Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business partners to improve reporting capabilities and user adoption.Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Database Analysis, or a related field.Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets.Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.Experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Ability to gather requirements and convert business needs into actionable solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Google Analytics or digital product analytics.Exposure to AI workflows, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted reporting solutions.Experience supporting production-level analytics solutions and dashboards.Experience with customer behavior, product adoption, or usage analytics.Strong attention to detail and data quality management.What Makes a Strong Candidate?Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.Naturally curious and comfortable investigating data anomalies.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of delivering high-quality reporting and dashboard solutions.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.If you're passionate about turning data into insights and enjoy working with modern analytics tools, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact while advancing your Business Intelligence and Analytics career.#INDOEM
