Regional Program Manager, Construction Program Management
Overview
In this role, you will drive cross-functional programs to deliver scalable data center capacity. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to implement processes, reduce waste, and standardize procedures across regions. You’ll define metrics and reports to guide program success and identify improvements that lower costs while maintaining safety and reliability. You’ll work in a fast-paced, inclusive environment that values bold ideas and hands-on ownership.

ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams and manage programs and processes simultaneouslyEngage with technical experts and stakeholders to initiate new programs, including developing new processes and program documentationIdentify process and communications gaps, while developing and driving solutionsDevelop and maintain lessons learned and establish mechanisms to share this with teamsWork with stakeholders on key program initiatives to implement procedures and systems that improve the programDrive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, increasing agility and reducing costsEstablish a metrics-driven approach to drive efficiencies in strategic initiativesGather, define, refine, and drive requirements for program process, standards, and system implementation across multiple regionsDefine & evaluate KPIs derived from milestones, spend forecast, and schedule performance
Key requirements5+ years of construction or project management experienceExperience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and deploymentExperience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating SystemsKnowledge of critical data center equipmentKnowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams and standard operating proceduresKnowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHAExperience in Data Center Engineering Operations with electrical and mechanical data center infrastructureExperience reading and interpreting construction specifications and drawings for all domainsCross-functional collaborationStakeholder engagementProblem-solving mindsetData center electrical and mechanical infrastructureProject management in data centers or critical infrastructureEngineering drawings and specifications understanding
