About the Role:Mallory Safety & Supply is currently hiring a Builder to join our ENSA North America team in Mukwonago, Wisconsin! This is a hands-on, dynamic role that combines construction, travel, project coordination, and field support. In this position, you'll play a critical part in building and supporting ENSA training structures and mobile training environments used across North America. From reading blueprints and sourcing materials to towing trailers and supporting customer events, your work will directly support ENSA's ability to deliver safe, high-impact training experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, is comfortable traveling, and takes pride in being dependable and self-driven. You'll work both independently and alongside the ENSA team to complete projects in the field and at customer locations. How You'll Make an Impact:Manage and coordinate the build of training structures and mobile training environmentsRead and interpret blueprints, layouts, and design plansTravel to customer sites and events to complete build projects and provide onsite supportDrive long distances while towing a mobile trailer up to 28 feet and 10,000 poundsPick, pull, receive, and organize building materials and equipmentBuild platforms and assist with fabrication and installation workSource materials and coordinate with vendors as needed for projectsKeep track of project schedules, travel logistics, and upcoming work needsComplete project paperwork accurately and communicate any design or scope changesAssist with facility and shop work as neededMaintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing ENSA and Mallory at customer locations and eventsFollow all safety procedures and participate in required safety and climbing trainings What We're Looking For:Someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyAbility to manage changing priorities and adapt as projects evolveStrong communication and organizational skillsPrevious building, construction, fabrication, or hands-on project experience preferredComfortable traveling for work, sometimes for extended periods depending on project schedulesAbility to tow and back up trailers confidently; experience towing large trailers requiredValid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our Safe Driver PolicyComfortable working at heights; climbing and safety equipment training will be providedAbility to lift 20-50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and work in physically active environments with or without accommodationComfortable working in both team settings and independently while travelingWelding experience or knowledge of welding techniques is a plus, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately and on time Hiring great people is the most important thing we do.
