Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Research GastroenterologistLocation: Scottsdale, AZSchedule: Part-Time (0 8 hours/week)Start Date: Within 0 6 monthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a board-certified Gastroenterologist to serve as a Principal Investigator (PI) or Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) in Phase I IV clinical trials. The physician will provide medical oversight, ensure protocol compliance, monitor participant safety, and collaborate with research staff and sponsors to advance high-quality clinical research.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as PI or Sub-I in gastroenterology and multi-therapeutic clinical trialsConduct medical screenings, assessments, and physical examinationsEnsure patient safety and compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory standardsDocument patient data, adverse events, and study outcomes accuratelyCollaborate with study coordinators, nurses, monitors, CROs, and sponsorsParticipate in site initiation visits, monitoring visits, audits, and investigator meetingsContribute to protocol feasibility reviews, study design input, and recruitment strategiesQualificationsMD or DO with an active Arizona medical licenseBoard certification in GastroenterologyDEA license and BLS/ACLS certificationClinical research experience preferred (training available for motivated candidates)Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsCommitment to ethical research practices and patient-centered careBenefitsFlexible part-time scheduleOpportunity to contribute to groundbreaking gastroenterology researchProfessional growth in clinical research
