Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Baltimore, MD, for a Mental Health Clinician. The Mental Health Clinician will provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities include conducting mental health assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, engaging in case management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care. The Clinician will also provide crisis interventions and maintain accurate documentation of client progress. Qualifications Proficiency in Psychology principles and Behavioral Health careExperience with Family Therapy and providing support for diverse family dynamicsStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldLicensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Maryland (e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, LMSW, LGPC)Commitment to ethical standards, inclusivity, and cultural competence
