Together, we work to expand access to reliable energy for communities around the world. *JOB SUMMARY:* The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process across Excelerate Energy. Working in close partnership with HR Managers, HR Directors, hiring managers and business leaders, this role serves as recruiting subject matter expert who helps shape practical recruiting processes aligned with workforce needs and business priorities. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *include but are not limited to the following activities: *Talent Acquisition Process & Systems Administration* * Execute the full recruitment lifecycle from approved requisition through offer generation. * Support and recommend sourcing strategies aligned with business needs, labor market conditions, and critical capability requirements (i.e., use of third-party sourcing, etc.) * Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions. * Maintain a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Administer and maintain recruiting processes within the Workday Recruiting module. * Configure and maintain requisition templates, candidate workflows, disposition reasons, screening questions, and recruiting-related system settings. * Partner with Human Resources and HRIS administration to identify and implement improvements that enhance recruiter effectiveness, reporting capabilities, candidate experience and compliance. * Monitor recruiting data integrity, process adherence, and system utilization within Workday and LinkedIn Recruiting systems. * Support user training and adoption of recruiting processes and tools. *Interview & Candidate Process Management* * Manage candidate communications and progression throughout the recruitment lifecycle. * Facilitate interview process coordination in partnership with local HR teams, hiring managers, and administrative resources, as needed. * Ensure interview processes are efficient, professional, and aligned with company standards. * Monitor candidate movement and proactively address delays or barriers in the hiring process. * Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records within Workday. *Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement* * Track, monitor, and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, source effectiveness, and other key recruiting measures. * Analyze recruiting data and trends to identify process improvement opportunities. * Recommend enhancements that improve efficiency, candidate experience, quality of hire, and hiring outcomes. * Maintain compliance with company policies, recruiting processes, and applicable employment regulations. *QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:* * At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting in a corporate work environment, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or a similar environment. * Ability to work onsite in The Woodlands, Texas at least 4 days per week. * Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms required. Workday Recruiting experience is strongly preferred. * Mid-level experience utilizing MS Office Systems including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment where process ownership and self-direction are expected *WORK ENVIRONMENT:* The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
