Job DescriptionReal estate developer and contractor is seeking a motivated and high-performing accountant to provide support to our team. We are a small company that’s forward-thinking and growing quickly. We manage the construction of major redevelopment projects and develop our own assets across Philadelphia and South Jersey. Seeking someone with fresh ideas, great organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.Responsibilities:Collect daily financial supporting documents such as receipts, checks, etcWork financial tasks for all construction companies and real estate companiesGeneral administrative work like weekly meeting minutes for work update, and any other clerical workDate entry using QuickBooks and ExcelAdjust financial reports, mainly Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Standard SheetsCommunicate with legal team about tax mattersRun weekly payrollFile Tax Returns or review tax return drafts if necessaryAssist in additional tasks or projects with accounting and office operationsQualifications:Must have Accounting DegreeStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsProblem-solverCan work alone or in small groupsMust have experience on QuickBooksAbout:Moses Construction Inc. is a full-service general contractor with capabilities spanning across all construction trades.
