The Parking Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily parking operations for a designated building, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused parking experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Computer literate, with the ability to learn and use parking or reporting systems
Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to safely operate a golf cart
Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Prior supervisory or parking operations experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to drive and operate a golf cart
Ability to work outdoors and indoors as required
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the parking facility for extended periods
Supervise and coordinate all parking-related activities within the building
Ensure smooth traffic flow and proper use of parking areas
Provide high-level customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
Respond promptly and professionally to parking issues, complaints, or emergencies
Monitor compliance with parking policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with building management and security teams
Operate and safely drive a golf cart as part of daily duties
Use computer systems to track parking operations, reports, and communications
Maintain a professional and courteous presence at all times
