Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Author technical agronomic content from concept through research, drafting, and final reviewDevelop and maintain articles, guides, training manuals, and online technical resourcesReview and edit agronomic documents for clarity, accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and styleCollaborate with technical writers, researchers, and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and alignmentMake revisions to technical documents or guide others in implementing updates as neededEnsure all written content meets company standards, brand voice, and quality expectationsManage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight timelines within a part-time scheduleDevelop, communicate, and adhere to content goals, workflows, and project deliverablesPart-Time - 30 hours/weekPreferred QualificationsBachelor"s degree or higher in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Communications, or a related fieldDemonstrated knowledge of southern and southeastern U.S. cropping systemsDirect experience with or strong knowledge of cotton production systemsExperience in technical writing, editing, or agronomic content developmentExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter expertsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools)Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
