Paid Media ManagerWe are seeking a Paid Media Managers from junior to senior levels to lead digital advertising efforts across search and/or social and/or programmatic channels. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to build, manage, and improve performance-driven campaigns, with direct involvement in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, strong client communication, and team leadership.Location: Queens, NY (Long Island City)Type: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote)Salary: $60000-98000 (DOE)What You’ll DoOwn the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of paid search initiatives, including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.Manage paid social activity across channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Coordinate multi-channel media programs spanning search, social, display, and programmatic to ensure campaigns meet business goals.Stay actively involved in campaign execution and platform management to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Build strong, productive relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering effective marketing solutions.Partner with internal colleagues and international team members, including North America-based stakeholders, to align campaign strategy across regions.Review campaign results and translate performance data into clear recommendations that improve outcomes.Help strengthen internal workflows and processes to improve efficiency, output, and team performance.Keep up with changes in digital media, advertising platforms, and emerging industry best practices.What We’re Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360, including Shopping and YouTube.Practical experience running paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.Demonstrated success planning, executing, and improving SEM and paid social campaigns.Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.Broad knowledge of digital marketing across search, social, display, and programmatic media.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with close attention to detail.Comfort using major marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related area.
