VP, Sales (Remote)
For our client, we are seeking a VP Sales (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a healthcare environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design and build a high-performing US field organization for a new technology launch Own and architect the sales strategy for an early-stage PFA platform Cultivate partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams Lead the development of a US contracting and pricing framework Identify and engage key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launch Establish a strong team culture during rapid US expansion Oversee compensation strategy and incentive plans Stay updated on industry trends in electrophysiologyQualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role in medical devices 7+ years of experience in electrophysiology focused on catheter mapping and ablation Established network of electrophysiologists including national opinion leaders Proven success in leading commercial product launches Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsBenefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage effective Day 1 Work-day flexibility with 3 personal days per year Support for overall well-being of employees and dependents Career progression and continuous learning support Professional membership fees support Participation in stock option planOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
