This role is part of the Fill & Finish Operations team and involves hands-on execution of sterile manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and cleanroom operations. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a strong focus on aseptic technique, GMP compliance, and operational leadership within production.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform aseptic manufacturing operations in GMP cleanroom environmentsExecute fill-finish processes using batch records and SOPsSupport sanitization, setup, and replenishment of cleanroom materialsOperate and maintain filling, capping, and related production equipmentVerify calibration status and cleanliness of equipment and suppliesEnsure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standardsAssist in component preparation, filling, and packaging activitiesMaintain manufacturing schedule adherence and task coordinationProvide floor support and act as lead in absence of senior technicians/supervisorsTrain and support new team membersHandle disposal/transport of hazardous chemicals as requiredReport any health-related restrictions affecting cleanroom accessRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)3–5 years of experience in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturingStrong knowledge of cGMP regulations and cleanroom protocolsHands-on experience in aseptic filling, equipment cleaning, and assemblyExperience in stopper preparation, capping, and packaging (preferred)Ability to follow detailed SOPs and batch documentationBasic arithmetic and documentation accuracy skillsStrong verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work in physically demanding cleanroom environmentTechnical & Functional SkillsAseptic processing & sterile manufacturingGMP compliance & documentationCleanroom operationsFill-finish operations (vials, capping, packaging)Equipment setup, cleaning, and calibration verificationSOP & batch record executionMicrosoft Word & Excel (basic proficiency)Physical RequirementsStanding for extended periodsFrequent lifting up to 50 lbsOccasional bending, kneeling, crouchingMust meet visual acuity requirements (close, distance, color vision)PPE usage required (provided)Must be medically fit for GMP cleanroom entryAdditional NotesExposure to aseptic isolator systems (SIP100 environment)No forklift, respirator, or radiation exposure requiredNo direct reportsStrict adherence to hygiene and contamination control standardsAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
