$20/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
Meadowbrook Services is looking for a motivated, hands-on Software Developer – Vibe Coder to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world experience building applications, internal tools, SaaS platforms, mobile/web projects, and AI-assisted software systems.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain web, SaaS, and mobile applications
Write and debug code using VS Code
Work with Python for backend logic, automation, and app development
Use GitHub for version control and collaboration
Use Photoshop for design edits, graphics, layouts, and application visuals
Work with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude
Assist with building AI systems, including RAG systems
Troubleshoot, test, and improve existing codebases
What We’re Looking For
Basic to intermediate experience with Python
Experience building applications before — projects count
Comfortable using VS Code
Working knowledge of GitHub required
Photoshop experience required
Understanding of RAG systems — documents, databases, embeddings, search, and AI-generated responses
Reliable, motivated, and able to work in-office in Kent, Ohio
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly
Bonus Skills
Experience with mobile app or SaaS development
Experience working with large language models, AI technology, or building AI systems
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, chatbots, or AI knowledge-base applications
Familiarity with APIs, Docker, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar tools
